Fowey Art Trail, Saturday 2nd – Saturday 9th May 2026

Fowey Art Trail 2026

The Fowey Art Trail will again take place during the du Maurier Fowey Literary Festival, from Saturday 2nd to Saturday 9th May.

This year will, as usual, showcase the Fowey area's amazingly talented local artists and bring new exhibitors and four new venues to the trail, alongside new work from many popular regulars.

The work on show will include paintings, drawings, ceramics, sculpture, jewellery and natural design.

If you are walking the route, you will visit 17 exhibitions at 12 locations around Fowey, Bodinnick and Polruan.

Here are some suggestions of venues you might like to visit.  One of the new venues to particularly point out to you is The Old Bank, in the heart of Fowey, where Barclays Bank used to be.  Six wonderful artist will be exhibiting there and selling their work.   Another new venue is in Polruan, where you will find the Polruan Art Group exhibiting and selling their work.  St John's Church in Bodinnick is a popular centre, exhibiting a number of artists, some new and some that you will have met before.  You get to St John’s Church via the car ferry at Caffa Mill.   Also call in to Gallants Sailing Club, which is, as usual, hosting the Fowey Art Group.

A brochure providing all the information you need on the participants and a map to guide you around the trail will be available at all the venues and in shops and eateries throughout the town, or you can download them now from the Festival website here: https://www.foweyfestival.com/art-trail/

You can also find more information on the art trail's new website here: https://heatherjaneandco.com/fowey-art-trail-2026, and follow the 'Fowey Art Trail' on Facebook and Instagram.
