Written by Paul de Zulueta, Daphne du Maurier's oldest grandson, Last Night I Dreamt: A Personal History of the du Mauriers, published by Virago Press, is launched on 3rd September.
Paul has drawn on private family archives, new interviews and his own memories of his grandmother, a woman who was central to his early life. In doing so, he gives us an extraordinary look into the world of Daphne du Maurier with rare closeness and emotional candour, and a moving portrait of one of the great British artistic families of the 19th and 20th centuries.
To celebrate the publication of his new book, Paul is going on tour!
He will be speaking at live events in bookshops, libraries, and festivals from 1st September through to the 1st November.
