The days are warming up, and the sun is shining (well, some of the time!), and our thoughts can, at last, turn to summer and days at the seaside. On that theme, British crime writer Willam Shaw has written an article for The Big Issue that we want to share with you.

William chose five of the best books set by the sea, but as he points out, although the British seaside has proved a fictional hotbed over the years, sailing accidents, seedy goings-on and murders mean it's not always good to be beside the seaside!
