Wishing You All A Very Happy Christmas 2025

It’s been a great year here at the Daphne du Maurier website. If you look back through our news highlights (https://www.dumaurier.org/news.php?nc=2), you will be reminded of all that has been going on here during 2025.
A number of you have contributed to the website this year with papers, articles, news items, interesting facts, and images. We always encourage you to contribute, and it makes us very happy when you do. So make next year the year you send something in to us via our email address: info@dumaurier.org. We would love to hear from you.
The most important and exciting thing to happen in 2025 was the publication of After Midnight: Thirteen Chilling Tales for the Dark Hours, which became available at the end of September. This was a significant moment because it was the first new book by Daphne du Maurier to be published since The Doll in 2011. After Midnight contains thirteen of the very darkest of Daphne du Maurier’s short stories and includes an excellent introduction from Stephen King. If you have not got your copy of this book yet, then Christmas is the time to get one, either as a present or as a treat for yourselves.
As the year draws to a close, we thank you for supporting us through our website and on Instagram, X, and Facebook. We send fond Christmas wishes to all the members of the Daphne du Maurier Society of North America, who are waving the flag for Daphne on their side of the Atlantic, and we wish you all a very happy Christmas, wherever you are in the world.
Happy Christmas, everyone, from the Daphne du Maurier website team,
Ann, Sophie and David xxx.
December 2025.
