Fowey Christmas Market Friday 8th to Sunday 10th 2023
Fowey Christmas Market takes place this weekend Friday 8th to Sunday 10th December. This annual event is always great fun, opening on Friday evening, with Father Christmas and Fowey Town Band arriving in Fowey on a tug and then parading through the town to the Christmas tree outside the church, where there will be the Big Light Switch On, Christmas carols and a Christmas sing along.
Over the three days, there will be entertainment and lots of wonderful stalls selling all sorts of foods, jewellery, gifts and much more.
Most importantly, do visit the Town Hall where lots of local artists and artisans will be displaying their work and selling some very beautiful cards, gifts and other items. Dont miss the Fowey Festival of Arts and Literature stall on the stage in the Town Hall. This year, the Festival is holding a raffle. For a donation of as little as £2.00, you can enter the raffle to win ten tickets to events at the Fowey Festival 2024. This is a great prize, and I heartily recommend that you invest in a raffle ticket for this draw.
