Actor and writer Phoebe Waller-Bridge is probably most famous for adapting Killing Eve for television and for writing and starring in the dark comedy Fleabag. In an interview with Far Out magazine this week, she talked with Aimee Ferrier about her favourite books of all time.
Third on her list of thirteen titles was The Blue Lenses by Daphne du Maurier. We are delighted to see Daphne du Maurier's work represented on Phoebe's list, especially as this is one of Daphne's less well-known short stories. Hopefully, this means that Phoebe has read more of Daphne du Maurier's writing too.
